A home that moves easily between focus and pause, inside and outside, solitude and togetherness.
KKAD House is designed around a continuous relationship between interior spaces, natural light, and the landscape beyond. Large glazed openings draw the outdoors into the living areas, while skylights and open transitions bring light deeper into the house and strengthen the sense of spatial continuity.
Warm timber, soft neutral finishes, natural stone, and restrained dark accents create a calm material palette throughout the residence. The communal spaces are kept open and generous, extending from the living room and kitchen toward an outdoor dining area that frames views of the surrounding greenery. More focused spaces, such as the home office, are integrated with the same warm material language while providing a quieter setting for work and concentration.
The result is a home that balances openness with intimacy—supporting different rhythms of daily life while remaining closely connected to nature.
